Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return/replacement.
To be eligible for aΒ return/replacement, your item must fulfill the following conditions.Β
1.Β Having any mismatch in the received product from what is displayed while ordering.Β
2.Β If the product received in a damagedΒ condition.
We will process the immediate replacement or full/partial refund at your convenienceΒ

Refunds
We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 daysΒ for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
